FOR THE JANUARY FAIR PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL BY FRIDAY 19th DECEMBER 2025. WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING .
CANCELLATIONS
A full refund will be given if cancellation is PRIOR TO SUNDAY 28th DECEMBER . Cancellations after this date will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the stall.
To book a stall please email us using the contact link below and we will email you a booking form to complete and return.
Full payment details will be sent with the booking form.
Payment can be made by Bank transfer Or Cheque.
A booking is NOT confirmed until payment has been received in full.
